Huawei released March 2021 security update for MediaPad T8 tablet

Recently, Huawei has begun sending the latest April 2021 security patch for its devices. On the other hand, some devices are still receiving March 2021 security improvements for enhances system security.

In this line, the Huawei MediaPad T8 tablet is installing March 2021 security patch. According to the information, users can identify this update with the latest EMUI version 10.1.0.143 with an update package size of 163MB.

Aside from this, Huawei MediaPad M5 Lite has received a software update that brought the smart charging function that slows down battery aging by using artificial intelligence charging habits that prevent batteries from overcharging.

Security: Integrates the Android security patch released in March 2021.

March 2021 Security Patch Details: This security patch fixes 2 critical, 13 high, and 132 medium levels of CVEs for improved system security.

HOW TO INSTALL:

To download this update manually, go to Settings then System & updates, then open Software update, from here select Check for updates. If an update is available it’ll pop up on your phone and an option of Download and install will appear. Press the option and start to download.

Alternatively, you can also request software updates through the Support app. To do this, open the Support app, go to the Service tab on the bottom bar, tap on the update, then select Check for updates and then download and install.
