Huawei Far Ahead

Huawei has recently registered a new text trademark for “Far Ahead”, which is classified as transportation vehicles and scientific equipment. The current trademark status of the application is pending review.

Recently, the company released the Mate 60 series flagship phones, and the word “Far Ahead” started to trend on the Chinese internet.

The “Far Ahead” first appeared at the launch of Huawei’s Mate 40 series flagship phone. Yu Chengdong, CEO of Huawei Consumer Business and Chairman of Intelligent Automotive Business used the word “Far Ahead” at least 14 times while addressing the new features of the flagship.

Last year, during the launch of the Huawei Mate 50 series, Yu Chengdong introduced new satellite SMS technology as a breakthrough in the smartphone industry and it is far ahead of its competitors.

Last week, Huawei shared its business results for the first three quarters of the year. The company posted sales revenue of 456.6 billion yuan (62 billion USD), this is a 2.4% year-on-year increase as compared to the first three quarters of 2022. The Chinese tech company also posted a network profit margin of 16% in the past three quarters.

Although, this result doesn’t reflect its earnings from Huawei consumer’s business but Huawei Mate 60 series could be a game changer in the upcoming quarter.
