Huawei Pocket 2 foldable could launch soon for global consumers
A new input suggests that Huawei could launch the Pocket 2 foldable for global consumers “soon”. The company has already served various iconic products on the global surface this month and may bring a dynamic offering in the upcoming weeks.
HuaweiAilesi has managed to discover an alleged Huawei Pocket 2 global promo poster, hinting at the imminent launch of the foldable in the international franchise. The image also carries the ‘ Explore it on AppGallery” logo on the left corner.
In case you might think that this could be a Chinese poster, the Pocket 2 initial teaser never had an AppGallery logo but only Chinese details. Thus we can assume that the surfaced poster clues at the global launch of the Pocket 2 foldable smartphone.

At the same time, the new flip-flop handset has also recently qualified for the Bluetooth certificate with model numbers LEM-LX9 and LEM-L29. The suffix in these numbers implies global units. Hence this seems as another point for confirmation.
A region-specific date or an official announcement is yet to come. The OEM may this device early to some European markets but nothing is certain at the moment.
If true, the Huawei Pocket 2 foldable global unit is likely to retain all of its features, design, and other key specifications similar to its Chinese sibling.

The device landed on the home ground in two variants: Standard and Art foldable. It features a 6.94-inch main display and a cover screen with a 1.15-inch panel.
Even though the company didn’t list the processor of the device on its official website, a few netizens found that the device supports the Kirin 9000s chip. It also uses Huawei’s self-developed Maleoon 910 GPU and pre-installs HarmonyOS 4.0.
The Pocket 2 foldable phone packs a 4520mAh battery with a 66W wired and 40W wireless charging. It is the first vertical foldable featuring a quad-lens setup with a 50MP main snapper, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, an 8MP telephoto sensor, and a hyperspectral shooter. Whereas, the front part has a 10.7MP selfie cam.
