Huawei is expanding the latest February 2022 EMUI security update for its prominent smartphone – Huawei P30 Pro in the global market. Currently, this update has been released for the P30 Pro users running on EMUI 11 custom interface.

According to the information, Huawei P30 Pro February 2022 update has arrived with EMUI build version 11.0.0.190 with an installation package size of 422MB. To be mentioned, this update is expanding gradually and may take some time to reach you.

On the other hand, Huawei P30 series smartphones users are waiting for their turn to test the brand new EMUI 12 software system. As per the information, the corresponding device owner will be able to get access to the latest software in April this year.

Huawei has introduced EMUI 12 for global users, which is fully inspired by HarmonyOS operating system. With EMUI 12, you will get a bunch of new features including a Mew Control Panel with various services in one place and a separate Notification Panel, better animations, Device+ mode, and improved performance over EMUI 11.

How to update:

If you are a Huawei P30 Pro smartphone user and don’t want to wait for the pop-up notification. Then,  you can also download the update manually by visiting the phone’s settings, followed by system & updates and software updates.

Afterward, let the phone check for an update, and once it will appear. Press the download and install button and patiently complete the process.

Here are something to keep in mind before proceeding towards the update. Make sure that your device must be charged 30% or above and have sufficient storage to download and install the update. Don’t forcefully shut down the device and use the stable data or WiFi connection.
