Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G Vitality Edition has begun receiving the latest HarmonyOS security patch released in August 2022. With every firmware update, Huawei promises to bring improvement to its device be it its flagship phones or mid-ranger.

Huawei Nova 7 SE is one of the older members of the Nova family and comes at an affordable price. Unless of being an old smartphone it is getting the latest firmware.

This new update is bringing up the HarmonyOS 2.0.269 version number. Further, the users required the baseline HarmonyOS 2.0.0.268 version to jump on the build.

August 2022 update:

The August 2022 update simply states that it includes bug fixes and security patches. Furthermore, it is capable of making the internal framework efficient and reliable.

 

After exploring the complete changelog, we haven’t found any major changes which can be mentioned here. But the installation of the August 2022 update will prove to be beneficial for the users of Huawei Nova 7 SE Vitality Edition.

Although, the update is coming through the OTA process. But, it can also be downloaded via the Settings menu on your smartphone. Or, you can request the update through the newest version of the My Huawei app.

Users always need to keep these points in mind while upgrading to the latest version that the device must be charged at least 30% and whether there is sufficient storage space available or not.

Users also need to keep patience and wait for the completion of the whole process and try not to disturb the installation process.

We have stepped into the new month, September 2022. With this new beginning, users are eagerly waiting for Huawei to release the next update. Also,  they are hoping for some more optimizations and changes in their software.
