Huawei Nova 7 SE February 2022 update

Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G smartphone has started receiving a new HarmonyOS software update that brings February 2022 security patch for better system security. This update is rolling out through the OTA medium and gradually expanding among the Nova 7 SE users.

As per the information, Huawei has dispatched the latest update with HarmonyOS firmware version 2.0.0.221, which is updated from the base version from 2.0.0.220. Therefore, it is suggested you check the current build version of the smartphone.

How to check for updates manually:

Open the setting on your smartphone and tap on the system & update. Afterward, press the software updates option. From here, a page appears with the option Check for updates, click on it and wait patiently. Once the new update prompt pop-ups then hit the download and install button.
