Huawei Nova 5T is an essential Huawei smartphone that you cannot deny for major software. As Huawei confirmed the EMUI 12 roadmap, the Nova 5T clearly fits in this area for a major upgrade appeared in the list of eligible devices.

Although the EMUI 12 rollout will start in 2022 but Huawei Nova 5T users have their own excitement, which is on another level.

EMUI 12 comes with various new features, and its installation in Nova 5T will bring a new user interface that looks similar to HarmonyOS. The latest version of EMUI is already out pre-installed in Nova 8 and Nova 9 devices. Therefore, it’ll be pleasant to see Huawei Nova 5T gearing up with EMUI 12 software.

Launched in 2019, Huawei Nova 5T comes with various new features and of the last models pre-equipped with Google Mobile Services (GMS). This led Huawei to sell most Nova 5T units around the globe.

The Nova 5T sports a 6.26-inch LCD display with full HD+ resolution (2340 x 1080) to provide a full view user experience. The Huawei Nova 5T has a quad rear camera system that helps you to take a high-quality image.

Rear quad-camera system consists of a 48MP f/1.8 aperture main camera, 16MP f/2.2 aperture fixed camera, 2MP f/2.4 aperture fixed camera, 2MP f/2.4 aperture fixed focus camera. On the front side, you will get a 32MP f/2.0 aperture-powered selfie camera with AI photo features.

Furthermore, this Nova phone packs a 3750mAh battery with a 22.5W SuperCharge technology. The phone is powered by a 7nm Kirin 980 octa-core processor with Mali-G76 GPU and dual NPUs.

On the software side, the Huawei Nova 5T has pre-installed EMUI 9.1 (Android 9). Following a number of consecutive updates, the Nova 5T is now able to run the EMUI 11 software version, which is available for most of the users across different markets.

Even after the announcement of EMUI 12, Huawei Nova 5T fans are looking forward to grabbing a ride into HarmonyOS world, if possible.
