Huawei Nova 4 and 4e users grabbing the November 2020 security patch
Huawei is sending the monthly update for Huawei Nova 4 and 4e users. This updates brings the security patch released in November 2020 that improves the system security.
Both Nova 4 and 4e smartphones initially launched with EMUI 9.0 and received the EMUI 9.1 and EMUI 10 major updates. These devices still running on EMUI 10, but the company is regularly sending the monthly security patch for both devices.

Version details and Changelog:
Huawei Nova 4 users receiving EMUI 10 version 10.0.0.169 updated from 10.0.0.168 and Nova 4e users getting EMUI 10 version 10.0.0.165 updated from 10.0.0.164.
Security: Install the latest November 2020 security patch that fixes the 3 critical and 15 high levels of CVE’s.

HOW TO UPDATE:
Download via Settings:
- Open Settings
- Click on the System & updates
- Open Software update
- Tap on Check for updates option
- If an update is available, click on Download and install
- After installation Reboot the device
Download via Support app:
- Open the Support app on your device
- Go to the Service tab
- Click on the update button
- Tap on Check for update option
- If an update is available, click on Download and install
- After installation Reboot the device.
