Huawei MateStation S PC launched at price of RM 2488, first sale will start on March 20 in Malaysia

Back in November 2020, Huawei revealed its first desktop PC, Huawei MateStation S in China. It was launched with an AMD Ryzen processor, 23.8-inch full-view IPS display, and more.

Last week, it was reported that Huawei is moving forward to launch its first computer in the global market soon. As per the information, the first market outside China, where this PC debuted will be Malaysia.

Now, according to the latest news, Huawei Malaysia’s online store has disclosed the pricing and availability of MateStaion S. This desktop PC is priced at RM2,488 but you can get the 23.8 inch Huawei Full HD AD80 monitor (RRP: RM688) bundle for RM2,999. Huawei is also bundling an Entertainment Gift Package worth RM855*.

Huawei MateStation S specification:

The MateStation S is powered by AMD Ryzen 5 4600G with Radeon graphics. It brings 8GB DDR4 RAM and 256GB of SSD, but you can expand it further as it has two SO-DIMM memory and M2. slots. It also has 5GHz 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 support.

The CPU sports a wide variety of ports including 2x USB-A (USB 3.2 Gen 1), 2x USB-A (USB 2.0), 1x RJ45 LAN port, 1x serial port, 1x VGA Port, 1x HDMI port, and audio ports at the rear. Over at the front, there’s no optical drive and it comes with a 3.5mm audio jack, 1x USB-A (USB 3.2 Gen 2) port, and 1x USB-C port.

The Mate Station S bundle comes with a Huawei monitor that offers a 23.8-inch full-view IPS display with a 90% screen-to-body ratio, full HD resolution (1920 x 1080P), 16:9 aspect ratio, LED-backlit, and 1000:1 screen contrast. It’s certified by TUV Rheinland international for maximum eye protection.

Additionally, the Huawei Ultra-Slim keyboard comes with a power button with an integrated fingerprint sensor. It also supports Tap to Connect which enables multi-screen collaboration with a compatible Huawei smartphone. Take note that the keyboard and mouse are only included when you purchase the bundle option.
