Huawei MateStation B515: Huawei’s first desktop computer launched, check the full specs

The launch of Huawei’s desktop computer is circulating for quite a time, and Huawei has now silently listed its first desktop computer, Huawei MateStation B515 on the official Huawei website. In contrast, this new desktop comes with a complete set of a monitor, a CPU, a wireless mouse, and a keyboard.

Huawei MateStation B515 CPU:

The design of the MateStation B515 includes an all grills design on the front. In terms of expansion, the CPU is 293mm tall, 93mm wide, and 315.5mm thick. The CPU weighs about 4.2Kg.

Talking of specs, It’s powered by 7nm AMD Ryzen 5 4600G and AMD Ryzen 7 4700G processors. Customers will get an option to select from 8GB and 16GB DDR4 RAM clocked at 3200MHz. For graphics processing, the desktop integrates AMD Radeon Graphics.

MateStation B515 comes with 1 TB SATA 7200 rpm 3.5 mechanical hard disk/256 GB M.2 interface NVMe protocol SSD/512 GB M.2 interface NVMe protocol SSD. While it is with a 300W power supply.

Looking at the connectivity, it has built-in dual-antenna Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. On the front chassis, you’ll find the primary interface including a USB-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack, 1 x USB-C (USB 2.0), and 1 x USB-A (USB 3.2 Gen 2) interface.

Moving to the backside, the CPU has a Microphone Input, an audio output, an audio input, an HDMI port, a VGA interface, a USB-A (USB 3.2 Gen 1) port, two USB-A (USB 2.0) port, and two Ethernet port.

To keep it cool and stable, the MateStation B515 comes with Intelligent temperature control, which adjusts the wind speed according to the temperature change of the device, and asymmetrical heat dissipation fins greatly improve the heat dissipation efficiency.

Huawei MateStation B515 Monitor:

Huawei MateStation B515 monitor offers a 23.8-inch full-view IPS display with 90% screen-to-body ratio, full HD resolution (1920 x 1080P), 16:9 aspect ratio, LED-backlit and 1000:1 screen contrast. It’s certified by TUV Rheinland international for maximum eye protection.

Huawei MateStation B515 Keyboard and Mouse:

Don’t forget the keyboard and mouse that come with the Huawei MateStation B515. Both of these accessories are wireless. However, It offers a fingerprint scanner embedded on the power button and allows tap to transfer files using a Huawei phone.

The keyboard has a metal texture, 2.5mm keystroke, and a scissor button that provides a better typing experience.

 

Huawei MateStation B515 Software:

This desktop was expected to launch with Linux operating system but Huawei has launched it with Windows 10 pre-installed. Additionally, it offers smart features such as – Huawei Share for faster and efficient file sharing specially optimized for Huawei smartphones. It even establishes a cross-device experience such as calling through PC.

Huawei said the Huawei MateStation B515 has undergone a number of harsh environmental tests including the following:

Currently, the Huawei MateStation B515 is available for business solutions and there’s no confirmation about its availability for general consumers.
