Huawei MateBook X Pro 2024 launched with Intel Core Ultra 9 chip, Pangu AI model, and more

Huawei has now launched a brand-new product for its notebook gallery – MateBook X Pro 2024. The ultimate laptop brings a variety of powerful functionalities, better visual solutions, a robust processor, and the latest Pangu AI model for efficient services.

Design

At the HarmonyOS Eco Spring Communication conference, the Huawei Consumer Business Group CEO – Yu Chengdong unveiled the MateBook X Pro 2024 model in an ultra-thin and lightweight design. The device weighs only 980 grams in total.

Yu Chengdong says that the notebook is ‘lighter than light’. It offers a soothing feel without creating inconvenience and is much more lightweight than Apple MacBook Air. The device arrives in three colors – Inkstone Black, White, and Clear Blue Snow.

The device uses a premium-grade magnesium alloy material and is built by Huawei Cloud Falcon technology. It is also covered with micro-velvet elements, reflecting sleek curves at the edges.

Display:

Huawei MateBook X Pro 2024 brings a 14.2-inch OLED screen frame with a screen ratio of 3:2 and a resolution of 3120 x 2080 pixels. It has a peak brightness of 1000 nits, a 120Hz refresh rate, an Adobe RGB/ P3/ sRGB color gamut, a 10-point touch support, and a 1.07 billion color display capability.

Internal Configurations:

The dynamic notebook is divided into two chip variants – 1st-gen Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor and Ultra 7 155H processor. These variants are further paired with an Intel Sharp Graphics card, 16/32GB RAM, and 1TB/2TB NVMe PCI storage.

Note that the all-new Intel Ultra 9 processor can boost the device with 40W of performance. It edges out Apple MacBook Pro 14 with a higher level of performance.

Huawei MateBook X Pro 2024 uses a 3D metamaterial antenna for super strong network speed and can raise the network efficiency by 40-50%. It also equips a smart sound screen solution to enrich the audio precision by 200% and reduce noise effects by 230%, offering a more clear sound with 6 speakers.

Pangu AI Model:

Yes the device facilitates the brand-new Pangu AI model and enables you to access the AI summary feature to enhance your text content in no time. Some other smart capabilities that you will find in the amazing laptop products are as follows:

MateBook X Pro has a 70Wh lithium polymer battery with a charging support of 140W. A charge of 10 minutes lets it work for 3 hours straight without any interruption. It also has a 1080 HD front camera for office meetings and conferences.

Other features count WLAN 2.4GHz and 5GHz dual band frequency, 2 x 2 MIMO, support for WPA/WPA2/WPA3, Bluetooth 5.3, USB-C x 1, thunderbolt 4 x 2, 6 speakers, 4 microphones, Keyboard, trackpad, Super Transfer Hub, as well as a camera privacy switch.
