Huawei Mate 90 series could introduce Pro Max Collector’s Edition model

Huawei Mate 90 series could go official later this month with five models and it seems we have found the name of this alleged variant – Mate 90 Pro Max Collector’s Edition. If true, it would be the first time the company may add such a model to its Mate smartphone family.

UncleKanshan revealed the key specifications of the five Huawei Mate 90 series models, including an all-new Mate 90 Pro Max Collector’s Edition.

According to the details, the Mate 90 Pro Max Collector’s Edition could come in four colors: Green, Gold, White, and Black. It might debut as the cooling-fan model.

The device may measure around 8.15mm in thickness and feature a quad-camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary shooter, a 40MP ultrawide lens, a 200MP telephoto sensor, and a new-generation 0.7MP multispectral snapper.

On the front face, the device could house a 13MP front-facing camera coupled with a ToF sensor for smarter unlocking. Even though the battery details are absent in the leaked chart, the tipster mentions 100W charging support for the new device.

Apart from the color, camera, and charging information, the tipster hasn’t revealed any other details about the alleged “Mate 90 Pro Max Collector’s Edition” model.

Early details suggested that Huawei will launch a Fan Edition alongside the standard Mate 90 series models. However, it is unclear if the Collector’s Edition will feature active cooling fan technology or if the company has separate plans on this matter.
