Huawei Mate 70 Air price leaks and it’s shocking!

Leaked price data suggests Huawei is going to surprise everyone with the Mate 70 Air this year. The new smartphone seems to have three noteworthy upgrades, and one of these is the price segment – as per the premature listing on the internet.

Weibo tipster @FixedFocus shared the launch timeline and price details of the Huawei Mate 70 Air. The device has been spotted on the China Telecom and will likely step into the consumer stage next month with an impressive appearance.

Speaking of the price, the Mate 70 Air may wear a price tag ranging from 3000 to 4000 yuan. That’s literally shocking, as even the standard Mate 70 is priced more than the speculated rate.

For comparison, the standard Mate 70 comes in three storage versions, all paired with 12GB RAM. Two of these are the same as those for the Huawei Mate 70 Air:

• Huawei Mate 70 (12GB RAM + 256GB) = 5499 yuan
• Huawei Mate 70 (12GB RAM + 512GB) = 5999 yuan
• Huawei Mate 70 (12GB RAM + 1TB) = 6999 yuan

The Mate 70 Air will probably bring major upgrades over this variant: a fully eSIM solution, an ultra-thin design, and a fresh chipset. Despite these new changes, if the device costs less than the Mate 70, then it’s no less than a surprise.

In the comments section, the tipster mentioned:

“Released in November, the pricing will not be particularly scary; everyone can afford it.”

The upcoming Mate 70 Air would surely help Huawei enjoy decent sales in the last quarter of the year. The launch is expected early next month, while the release in mid-November.

The exact details on the Mate 70 Air’s specifications are unclear at present. More revelations will appear as soon as we approach the device’s launch time frame.
