Huawei has released a new software update for the Mate 40, Mate 40 Pro, and Mate 40 Pro devices in the Chinese market. Huawei Mate 40 models running HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system and the latest HarmonyOS 2.0.0.230 software version brings a brand new set of improvements.

Looking at the changelog, we could find that the Huawei Mate 40 series HarmonyOS 2.0.0.230 software update comes with a package size of 1.69GB. That could be downloaded via OTA.

For more information, the Huawei Mate 40 series HarmonyOS 2.0.0.230 brings Super Device support for Huawei smartwatches, wristbands as well as the new MateView display. This update also adds a new feature for Settings optimizations, which is recommended for you to upgrade.
