Huawei Mate 40 Pro welcomes July 2023 update amid EMUI 13 software testing

Huawei is sending July 2023 update for Huawei Mate 40 Pro smartphone. Meanwhile, the phone is testing EMUI 13 under bete activity for the next-gen upgrade.

The current rollout is observed with EMUI build version 12.0.0.340 and a downloadable package size of 294 MB. Make sure you download this new software update to improve your phone’s security with the latest patches.

Last week, Huawei released the first EMUI 13 beta for Huawei Mate 40 Pro testers, which has version 13.0.0.240. There are a lot of new features added to the phone with this new firmware.

After the testing, Huawei will release stable EMUI 13 for all of the Huawei Mate 40 Pro users but it may take about a month to conclude the beta pool testing.

You can download the July 2023 update for Huawei Mate 40 Pro via Settings > System & updates> Software update, followed by Software update.
