Huawei Mate 30 Pro has recently received HarmonyOS 126.96.36.199 version update that brings improvements in system and security optimizations. Just now, a Huawei consumer posted on the Huawei Club that an issue has been found on the Mate 30 Pro smartphone after upgrading to the latest software update.
To identify Huawei Mate 30 pro issue first, actively make and connect to call, and remain on the call connection page for some time. Secondly, enter the home page of the phone screen and open your preferred application.
At this point, when you open a new application page then the newly opened application page hangs up the phone, and at this point, the call ends, and the user still remains on the newly opened application page.
After that when you swipe up to switch the application to the newly opened application page and select the nearest application to call desktop. At this point, if a serious problem occurs, the phone will automatically redial. Also, a user commented on the solution to the following problem that we have mentioned below.
Firstly, turn off the phone, remove the phone card and wipe the phone card’s metal contacts with alcohol or an eraser, or replace the card in the business hall you use
Follow the certain steps:
- Turn off the phone first
- Press the Volume Up button + Power button at the same time and release it when the Huawei letter appears on the screen after the vibration
- Click on “Upgrade Mode”
- Tap “Electronic Recovery Mode”
- Select “Download and Restore Latest Version”
- Then “Download and Restore”
- Click “WLAN” and Enter Password
- Then wait for the phone to recover on its own.
Note: If the phone battery is low then you need to connect it to a phone charger. Personally suggest that the phone is fully charged or the battery is kept at around 80 before refreshing.
Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 facing NetEase Cloud issue after HarmonyOS 3.0 update
The Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 is the only wearable to get the iconic HarmonyOS 3.0 update not only on the home ground but the company’s also working to expand its reach to overseas markets. Although, the Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 user encounter a NetEase Cloud issue just after grabbing the HarmonyOS 188.8.131.52 version.
Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 NetEase issue:
Just recently, Huawei started dispatching the HarmonyOS 3.0 update for the Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 users, with a number of improvements and fixes for better and smooth function. But some of the users started complaining about the degradation in wearable performance.
As per the user report, after upgrading the newly arrived Huawei Freebuds Pro 2 to the latest version HarmonyOS 184.108.40.206, listening to music with NetEase Cloud mobile phone interface and browsing will result in the music being interrupted rather than paused when receiving a call.
Although it seems a minor bug, if you receive an incoming call soon after answering and hanging up the phone, you won’t see the incoming call interface on the mobile phone (whether it’s the top pop-up window or the message center), while the smartwatch does. You can also answer by pressing the headset.
Moreover, while turning on the LDAC mode and choosing to focus audio quality, the sound results in intermittent in a close environment. On the other hand, users said LDAS mode has poor anti-interference and current product technology is limited.
However, some of the users recommend that, this may cause due to the smartphone issue, and probably it is possible as the Freebudsh is just a Bluetooth device and can only be controlled via the phone.
We recommend users to be patent as Huawei is working to further optimize the FreeBuds Pro 2 through the update, also the device takes little time to comfy with the new major software version and to adapt to new features.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro conflicts with Bluetooth connectivity issue [Bug]
Huawei Mate 20 Pro smartphones are one of the most prominent and famous devices with adorable features and high-end hardware. As time goes by, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro owner started facing multiple issues with the device including Bluetooth connectivity and power-off issue.
As per the user report, a Huawei Mate 20 Pro suddenly turned off a day with the battery at more than 80% charge and never turned back on. The user tried several different charging cables and wireless chargers, but neither worked.
It is also set up for two-factor authentication for several apps that we can no longer access. Although, the users are really disappointed with the issue as it occurs any time and brother them.
On the other hand, users also experience data loss activity on their smartphones. There is sufficient memory that didn’t change any settings or download anything on my mobile. Nothing unusual happened before the files are gone like that.
Alongside, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also performs a bad Bluetooth connectivity issue, by turning off automatically, and also it does not show the Bluetooth address in the smartphone.
Notably, the Bluetooth is turned off automatically whenever the user tries to on it. And it like can’t detect it being Bluetooth on the Huawei Mate 20 Pro smartphone.

Huawei P30 Pro user stuck in mic and camera issue
Huawei P30 series is equipped with the Leica camera, which gives the leading edge camera performance as compared to other brands. Although this makes it most highlighted around the globe, some Huawei P30 Pro holders shared their camera and mic issue experiences with us.
As part of the Huawei P30 Pro, users reported that they experience some issues with the camera and mic of the device. And even after trying all the troubleshooting companies recommended the issues aren’t resolved yet.

Huawei P30 Pro nor streaming services run:
It was unable to play movies from streaming apps. Such as Netflix, HBO Max, and Disney. The Huawei P30 Pro has an app from my local internet and television provider. It’s the same. The only way to watch television there is to use Chrome and watch in the browser.
- Check that all apps and the device system are up to date.
- If this only happens on certain apps, go to Settings > Mobile network > Data usage > Network access and make sure those apps have Mobile data and Wi-Fi enabled.
- Try switching between network connections (Wi-Fi and mobile data).
- Navigate to Settings > System & updates > Reset > Reset network settings. This operation will clear your Wi-Fi, mobile data network, and Bluetooth settings. It will not change any other settings or delete any data on your phone.
- If the problem persists, please reinstall the apps and try again.
Huawei P30 Pro camera issue: Huawei P30 Pro phone users are a stuck camera focus issue, the smartphone does not give the original standard focus.
Hauwe P30 Pro Mic issue:
The Huawei P30 Pro mic is almost stopped working. Unless a user speaks directly in the microphone, the other person can not hear their voice. Although, the no issue when the call is on speaker call.
- If your area is not fully covered by the VoLTE network or if there are compatibility issues, the quality of your VoLTE calls will suffer. You can enable or disable the VoLTE HD calls.
- Check to see if any fingers or other objects are blocking the MIC sound hole. In handheld mode, the VOICE is transmitted via the MIC. If an object blocks the MIC, the voice may be low or silent.
- Open Settings, type Reset network settings into the search bar, and then tap Reset network settings. This will remove all Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection data from your device. When resetting network settings, the lock screen password is required for verification.
