Huawei Mate 20 series EMUI 12 beta expanding

Huawei is expanding the EMUI 12 beta for Mate 20 series among consumers that participated in the beta project last month. On the other hand, the Chinese tech maker is actively testing the latest EMUI version so that all of the users can get the official release as soon as possible.

EMUI 12 beta is only available for the testers and corresponding device owners will have to wait until the testing concludes. The EMUI 12 beta for the Huawei Mate 20 series is expanding in batches and you can try your luck via downloading the Huawei Beta app and checking if the beta project is still open.

Active participates can check for the latest rollout by visiting the Settings app > then System & updates > followed by the CHECK FOR UPDATES. If an update is available then the notification will pop up on your display and bring the corresponding package details.

After downloading the update package, the phone will restart and install new EMUI 12 beta features. The entire process may take some time, so keep patience and sit back. However, there are a few things that you need to notice while installing the latest software build.

First, make sure you have sufficient phone storage to download the update package as it weighs around 2 Gb. The phone must have to be charged sufficiently so that it cannot run out of power.
