Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro on EMUI 10 getting June security update

Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro receiving a new update that improves system security with patches released in June 2020. This update is rolling for the users on EMUI 10.

Last month, EMUI 10.1 released for the Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro but the rollout is currently limited to a few users and it’ll expand in a gradual manner in the upcoming month.

Security: Integrates Android security patches released in June 2020 for improved system security.

JUNE 2020 SECURITY PATCH DETAILS:

The June 2020 security update brings Android patches from Huawei and Google, fixing different levels of exploits and issues within Huawei phones including 2 critical and 12 high levels of CVEs. There is no Medium and Low level of CVEs found.

EMUI VERSION:

Huawei Mate 20 Pro users receiving the June 2020 security with EMUI 10 version 10.0.0.234 and package size of 139MB. Users of Huawei Mate 20 may get the same version.
