Huawei is the second most recommended phone brand in 2023: China Report

The list of most recommended phone brands by Chinese customers in 2023 is released and Huawei has featured in second place among the top three phone makers.

Recently, Chnbrand released the 2023 (ninth) China Customer Recommendation Index (C-NPS) brand ranking and analysis Report. The index is the first customer recommendation evaluation system in China.

It was launched for the first time in 2015 and supported by the special fund for the brand policy of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

The 2023 phone brand listing reveals Huawei got 25.3 recommendation points in second place, Apple stands in the first spot with 27.9 points, and Honor got 17.4 recommended points in third place. On the other hand, Vivo got 14.5 recommended points, Xiaomi got 10.4 recommended points, Oppo 6.0 recommended points, and IQOO got 5.0 recommended points. While Redmi’s score declined by 9.7 points and Samsung declined by 16.2 points.

These results of brands personally recommended by users are quite different from the actual popularity on the Internet. In particular, Honor has just been independent for more than two years, and it has indeed won the most recommended by users after Huawei and Apple.

Meanwhile, Huawei is also working on new phones better to return back in the Chinese market and compete with other phone makers.
