Huawei HiCar 14.2.0.121 update brings Mate 60 wallpapers and multi-window support for more apps

The in-car Huawei smart screen software – HiCar is receiving a new software update – 14.2.0.121, which brings Huawei Mate 60 series wallpapers for the car home screen. Not only the Mate 60 wallpapers but the users can now use new wallpapers based on the moods and default screen.

The new upgrade will add split-screen support for more third-party car system apps. When you open an application that supports “Parallel Vision”, select that app for the secondary split-screen slot. The application will be displayed in a split screen.

This feature now supports Tencent Video, Bilibili, iQiyi, Migu Video, Weibo, Toutiao, Xiaohongshu, etc. (depends on HarmonyOS 4 and car screen size, car machines with too narrow screens do not support parallel vision, please refer to the actual situation for details).

Supports switching of HiCar audio devices through the mobile broadcast control panel (requires HarmonyOS 4). This update resolves some known issues.
