Huawei Health app showing error while checking software updates

Users of Huawei Watch GT, Watch GT 2, Honor Band 4 and Band 5 receiving new updates with new watch faces. On the other hand, users of these smart wearables are facing problems while checking for updates.

Recently, some users have reported that they’re facing an error while checking the firmware updates for connected Huawei and Honor Watch or Band devices.

The error on the application to be related to the network connection and updating to the latest version or reinstalling the app may solve the problem.

Previously, Huawei rolled out an update to this app to fixes for the sleep data syncing issue.
