The HarmonyOS 2.0 is continuously reaching new milestones and in no time this software is running on most of the Huawei devices in China. As per the previous report, the HarmonyOS 2.0 has reached 70 million installations, which was already a big achievement.

As per the latest information, Huawei has now added 20 million installations to the recent figure and completed 90 million HarmonyOS upgrade in the Huawei devices in just a few days of claiming 70 million.

Furthermore, it is expected that this new self-developed operating system of Huawei will soon reach a user base of around 100 million, and it will be the first three-digit achievement for this operating system.

HarmonyOS 90 million and the recent landmark numbers also suggest that the consumers are really interested in using Huawei’s HarmonyOS and its unique distributed capabilities. This is one of the reasons for upgrading from EMUI to the brand new HM OS 2.

Remains in China:

Still, HarmonyOS remains inside the Chinese territory, yet global users want to use it as soon as possible and we also want to see that.

Top reasons for upgrading to HarmonyOS 2.0

One of the foremost reasons for upgrading to HarmonyOS 2.0 is the great system fluency. After upgrading, users can experience a seamless experience while using the new OS. The HarmonyOS 2.0 comes with a new user interface, transition effects, a big reduction in app opening and closing speed, reduced load time, and more.

It also provides a limitless experience while playing heavy games such as Peace Elite (PUBG) and Glory of Kings. The average frame rates and the fluctuations have been greatly improved as compared to the EMUI.

Moreover, the distributed capabilities allow the users to connect multiple devices including smartphones, tablets, wearables, smart screens, laptops, and tablets. Furthermore, the Super Device function also lets you control these connected devices using a single supermodel.

Lastly the improvement in the overall efficiency of the system performance. The new software can quickly load the apps by skipping the unnecessary steps while accessing the application.

More models:

Yu Chengdong, CEO of Huawei Consumer Business Group said that on average, 8 users upgrade the Hongmeng system every second. Now, it shouldn’t be a problem for the HarmonyOS system to break 100 million within this year.

At present, the Hongmeng OS 2 upgrade plan has covered nearly 100 models, including Huawei and Honor brand smartphones, tablets, and smart screens. Some have already pushed the official version, and some are in public or internal testing.

The company continues to adopt new models and old models such as Huawei Mate 9, P10 will also join the upgrade ranks.
