Huawei has recently launched its latest pair of earbuds, FreeBuds 4i both on home ground and in the global market. However, it seems that the company does not waste the time in launching the main lineup of the FreeBuds series and already preparing for the unveiling of Huawei FreeBuds 4.

According to the information coming from a Weibo tipster, Digital King reveals that Huawei will unveil its next FreeBuds wearable, FreeBuds 4 in May. The tipster also suggests that the FreeBuds 4 will adopt a new color scheme with four new colors.

Although, not much of the information about FreeBuds 4 leaked by the tipster but by judging from the reaction, it could be White, Black, Red, and Silver. However, we’ll have to wait for more information on this matter.

Previous information suggests that a new FreeBuds product with product code “Mermaid” has been surfaced and it could be the upcoming FreeBuds 4. We can also expect that Huawei FreeBuds 4 will feature the Active Noise Cancellation, better life, and an improved design.

On the other hand, the tipster suggests that these earbuds will directly compete against Apple’s AirPods to provide the best sound quality.

To be mentioned, Huawei has decided to introduce the FreeBuds 4i ahead of the mainline product, which is now expanding for the global consumers. The key features of this new earbuds pair account for an oval-shaped designed charging case, bigger better, Bluetooth 5.2, 3D Bionic design, and more.

FreeBuds 3:

Talking about its predecessor, the Huawei FreeBuds 3 was launched in 2019 and it’s the first to equip the Kirin A1 wearable chipset as well as bone voice print call noise reduction.

These TWS earbuds are also the first to support Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and first to come with features such as awareness mode. Furthermore, it has Bluetooth 5.1 for better connectivity and a premium design that provides comfort to the users’ ears.

We’re looking forward to what Huawei is planning to introduce as the FreeBuds 4 and this latest piece of information is surely enough to keep us on our toes.
