Maintaining the same flow, the Shenzhen-based firm plans new products and technologies that’ll give users a taste of Huawei’s capabilities. According to the Chinese Intellectual property database, Huawei has filed a new application for the trademark name Dayu.

As the document describes, this trademark with application number 59411348 was filled on 23rd September this year. Furthermore, its international classification shows 42 kinds of design research. Thus, it’s still in the registration process at present.

Though, the use or application scenario of the Dayu trademark is currently unknown and hard to relate with Huawei. If we took help the history and data, Dayu is a county near Guandong in China. However, it doesn’t seem to have any relation with Huawei until it doesn’t plan to set up any brand there. Yet we don’t have any official word from the company.

Previous Trademark:

This month, we have come to know about two different trademarks of Huawei. The first is about the Watch GT series that has been filled in UK Intellectual Property Office (UK IPO) for GT3, GT5, GT8, and GT10 models after a dispute with Sony in the Europen office.

Besides, the company also filed a trademark under Europen Union Intellectual Property Office for Huawei V-Pencil. It’s expected that this new trademark cloud has been filled for its new Mate V flip smartphone’s stylus, which is reported to launch before the end of this year.
