Huawei debuts MateBook B series laptops for the business, comes in three models

On August 19, 2020, Huawei introduced its latest and most lightweight notebook, Huawei MateBook X. The company also launched a new AMD version of Huawei MateBook 13 and MateBook 14. Moreover, the added a whole new lineup of notebooks with the launch of its brand new MateBook B-series.

The Huawei MateBook B-series laptop is designed especially for businesses and comes packed with different-specs. The first-gen models from this lineup are Huawei MateBook B5-420, MateBook B3-510, and MateBook B3-410. Let’s take a look at them in detail.

Huawei MateBook B5-420:

Huawei MateBook B5-420 sports a 14-inch IPS 2K resolution (2160 x 1440) display with a 90% screen-to-body ratio, 3:2 screen ration. It weighs 1.49kg and comes with a thickness of 16.9mm.

All of these three notebooks include a built-in fingerprint reader on top of the power button and a full-size backlit chicklet keyboard, touchpad, and hidden key camera. Meanwhile, its interface also includes USB 2.0, HDMI and USB 3.0, USB-C, and 3.5mm headphone jack.

Huawei MateBook B5-420, MateBook B3-510, and MateBook B3-410 come pre-installed with Windows 10 OS and smart features such as multi-screen collaboration.
