Huawei and China Eastern Airlines team up to build smart aviation solutions

Huawei and China Eastern Airlines Group Co., Ltd., have recently joined forces to build up smart aviation solutions in the region. Both firms have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to promote digitalization in the field of flight experience.

China Eastern Airlines is one of the major air carriers in China. It counts as the country’s second-largest airline and has an operational revenue of 67127 million yuan.

It has also taken measures to improve communication services with the launch of an ‘in-flight Wi-Fi’ facility that works effectively below 3000m on phones and tablets.

Now the input says that both parties will focus on promoting digital efficiency. This action will depend on the China Eastern Airlines industry experience as well as advanced ICT solutions and practical knowledge of Huawei, for smart aviation.

Chinese Airlines Group believes that an in-depth association between both companies regarding plan, innovation, talented employees, digital travel services, and infrastructure will result in an upgraded, intelligent, and proficient aviation model.

The cooperation will also lead to the development of a large and strong transportation with a logistics system that can manage the supply chain industry safely and reliably.
