How to redeem Fortnite’s “HONOR Guard” outfit on Honor V20

At Honor View20 Global launch event, Honor announced its partnership with Epic Games, a studio behind Fortnite game and also announced that there’s an exclusive outfit coming for Honor V20 owners named as “HONOR Guard”.

For your information Honor View20 is among the very few flagship devices that can run Fotnite Game at 60 frames per seconds.

If you’re one of the View 20 Owners and wondering how to redeem your exclusive gift from Fortnite, here are some easy instructions to follow.



Requirements: It is required that you install the game from AppGallery and must have an Epics Games account to sign into Fortnite on your device. And if you don’t have one, you need to create it before you start the process below.

Steps:

  1. Open AppGallery in your HONOR View20 phone
  2. Go to “Me” > “Gift” > “HONOR Guard outfit banner” > “click to copy the code”. (Make sure your AppGallery is the latest version. Check the version number by “Me” > “About”. Get update support by “Me” > “Check for updates”. )
  3. Go to Fortnite.com/Redeem and follow the instructions.
  4. Launch Fortnite to play with HONOR GUARD.



Tips: If it asks you to input your phone’s serial number, you can get it by going into Settings > System > About Phone > Status.

Note: Honor View 20 consumers who want to redeem the Honor Guard outfit have to complete the redemption before its deadline on December 31st, 2019.
