Honor Play 4T November update

Honor Play 4T smartphone running on Magic UI 3.1 software system is getting a new software update that installs security patch released in November 2021. This update improves the system by fixing different levels of exploits and issues found in the system.

The November 2021 update for Honor Play 4T comes with upgraded Magic UI version 3.1.0.158 in China. The users who want to install this latest update need to upgrade over the base version Magic UI 3.1.0.157.

What are the fixes with November 2021 security patch?

Well, it fixes 1 critical, 8 medium, and 22 high levels of CVEs, while there’s no low level of CVEs. Additionally, it also fixes 2 high levels, as well as 8 levels of medium CVEs that were found in the third-party libraries.

  • The device must have a better battery backup to install this update that is a minimum of 50%.
  • It’s compulsory to check your storage availability(Internal/External SDcard) to download the latest update as per the size required
