Honor is preparing for a new flagship device – Honor Magic 6 series and a leak suggests that its Pro version will use a center pill shape cutout and new MagicOS software.

According to the tipster DigitalChatStation, Honor Magic 6 Pro has a testing model featuring a center hole punch on the top side of the screen panel. This may be similar to Honor 80 Pro but nothing is certain at the moment.

Aside from this, the phone also has a 3D facial recognition system, which will be powered by the hardware inside this pill-shaped cutout.

Moreover, the phone also has MagicOS 8.0 software, which is using new advancements in the ecosystem. Past leak also indicates that the company has developed its own kernel, which would improve the fluency of the entire system.

Furthermore, there are new optimizations made in MagicOS to adapt this new screen type. Currently, there’s no information available about the launch date of this Honor phone.
