Today, Honor will launch its first flagship phone – Honor Magic 3 post-Huawei separation. This phone will offer premium specs and a new leak reveals that the Magic 3 is likely to inherit the Mate 40 RS design schemes.

According to a leaked image coming from Weibo tipster – BaldPanda, Honor Magic 3 comes with a design rear design similar to the Huawei Mate 40 Rs Porsche Design. The image also reveals that giant hexagonal camera system shape and consist of different lenses.

The phone’s rear design has the same theme as the Mate 40 RS Porsche, and the “Honor” branding is visible with a premium carving. However, the presence of 100X digital zoom is clearly mentioned on the back, which is not surprising to see on a large camera system like this.

The design of the Honor Magic 3 is pretty identical to the Huawei Mate 40 RS. However, the Magic 3 seems to come with a better and bigger camera than the RS Porsche Design.

Tipster – DigitalChatStation reveals that Honor Magic 3 comes with a 50MP 1/1.28-inch main camera, the periscope telephoto camera is  64MP 3.5x optical variable solution, and the maximum is 100x.

Furthermore, Honor has promised that this Magic device will have new IMAX enhanced picture quality, which seems really promising in terms of video recording.

So, is the rebirth of Huawei Mate 40 RS? We currently cannot answer this question, because we’ll wait for official details to come out later today.
