Honor 9X users in Europe receiving June 2020 security update

Honor is sending a new update for the pop-up selfie camera phone – Honor 9X in Europe, this latest software update improves the system security with patches released in June 2020.

Last month, European users of the Honor 9X received May 2020 security with Smart Charge, a new feature that manages battery. Before that, it got the Huawei Assistant.

This update integrates the Android security patches released in June 2020 for improved system security.

JUNE 2020 SECURITY PATCH DETAILS:

The June 2020 security update brings Android patches from Huawei and Google, fixing different levels of exploits and issues within Huawei phones including 2 critical and 12 high levels of CVEs. There is no Medium and Low level of CVEs found.
