Honor 9A getting August 2020 Magic UI security update

Honor 9A receiving a new Magic UI software update that comes with security patches released in August 2020 and brings optimization in system security and performance.

Last month, Honor 9A received its first software update that brought optimizations including the Petal Search app browser, July 2020 security update, and added knuckle gestures.

August 2020 Security Patch Details:

August 2020 security update install security patches fixes different levels of exploits and issues within Huawei phones including 1 critical and 21 high levels of CVEs.

Magic UI VERSION:

August 2020 security update for Honor 9A comes with Magic UI 3.1 version 3.1.0.165 and an update package size of 96.36MB upgrading from Magic UI 3.1.0.145
