Honor 8X series’ global shipment exceeded 15 million units

Today, Xiong Junmin, Vice President of Honor announced, as of July 8, 2019, the global market shipment of Honor 8X series exceeded 15 million units adding a big achievement for this phone series.

Honor 8X will get the EMUI 9.1 update very soon

Launched in October last year, Honor 8X series’ worldwide shipment exceeded 10 million units in just 173 days and set a record for highest sales ever in the X series since its establishment in 2013.

On July 23, this phone series will be proceeded by the upcoming Honor 9X powered by Huawei’s new Kirin 810 processor. Also, Honor President, Zhao Ming announced that Honor Band 5 is coming with a blood oxygen detection feature and expected to launch alongside the Honor 9X.
