And ahead of this launch, a list of alleged HarmonyOS supported devices has now appeared online and increased our excitement for the HarmonyOS smartphone even further.

The second batch will include P40 and Mate 30 series equipped with Kirin 990 processors. Furthermore, there will also be Honor series devices that will appear on the list.

Meanwhile, it’s interesting to know that the leak also mentions a mid-range processor, Kirin 710 to support HarmonyOS. However, there’s no official confirmation available on such rollout plan for HarmonyOS.

Launched at HDC 2020, Huawei unveiled HarmonyOS 2.0. This new version of HarmonyOS comes with new platform supports such as smart wearables, tablets, head units, and even smartphones.

As per the official roadmap, HarmonyOS will first support devices with up to 128MB RAM, such as smart wearables and other IoT devices. In 2021, It’ll support devices up to 4GB RAM, such as tablets and entry-level smartphones. By the end of 2021, this RAM limit will increase over 4GB and open a way for the support of flagship smartphones.
