Huawei today announced 100 million upgrades for HarmonyOS 4 operating system and Huawei Consumer Business Group CEO said it is the fastest HarmonyOS version upgraded in smart devices.

While reacting to this milestone, the Huawei CEO wrote on Weibo that HarmonyOS 4 is the fastest upgraded software update among the past HarmonyOS versions. He also said that there are over 98 devices already running this new HarmonyOS version and there are more joining soon.

On August 4th, 2023, during the Huawei Developer Conference 2023, Huawei released HarmonyOS 4 for the customers. Subsequently, the company announced two batches of 34 products including the Mate 50 series, P60 series, Mate X3, and MatePad Pro 12.6 inches under public beta upgrades.
