Huawei recently updated its Huawei Member app in China, and the changelog of this app update mentions the upcoming of the EMUI 11.

The new update for Huawei Members adds “Optimizations for EMUI 11.0 style adaptation”, this may be related to its user interface and app compatibility. However, mentioning the changes related to EMUI 11 so early seems a bit of odd but nothing is certain at the moment.

Huawei Members app used to provide VIP services, keep users updated with the latest product news and information. It also allows consumers to earn rewards for downloading apps from AppGallery.

EMUI 11 is based on Android 11 and will inherit a number of new features from the AOSP version.

Huawei will introduce the EMUI 11 with Huawei Mate 40 series and the company likely to conduct EMUI 11 Beta testing earlier than the last year. The first batch of testing devices will include Huawei P40 series.

Unlike 2019, Huawei Developer Conference could also move to an early date in August but it’s yet to confirm.
