EMUI 10.1 begin to rollout for Huawei Nova 5T in UK

EMUI 10.1 for Huawei Nova 5T is under expansion in different countries and users in the UK now started getting this major software update on the go, which has added new features compared to the last year’s EMUI 10.0.

The rollout is currently under the early stage in the UK and users can check this update via the Support app.

EMUI 10.1 for Huawei Nova 5T brings a number of new features such as Multi-screen collaboration, multi-window mode, system performance improvements, and more.

EMUI VERSION:

Huawei Nova 5T users in the UK released with EMUI 10.1 with version 10.1.0.225 and an OTA package size of 4.71GB.

MULTI-SCREEN COLLABORATION:

Call answering:

Allows you to pick up voice and video calls on your phone from your Huawei laptop.

File editing:

Allows you to directly read and edit files on your phone from your Huawei laptop, and also share your phone’s network and sync notifications.

MULTI-WINDOW:

Allows you to multitask with ease in Split-screen mode, and send messages using a floating window while watching videos or playing games. Swipe in from the left or right edge of the screen and pause to display the Multi-Window dock. Hold an app icon in the dock and drag it to the side of the screen to enter split-screen view, or touch an app icon to display it in a floating window.

SYSTEM PERFORMANCE:

Optimizes system stability for smoother performance.

BATTERY:

Adds the Smart Charge mode, reducing battery aging by adapting to your charging routine through AI learning and preventing the battery from being continuously charged when full. (This feature is enabled by default.)
