December 2022 security update rolling out for Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6
Huawei is rolling out a December 2022 security update for the global units of the Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6 tablet. This is another good firmware upgrade for this large-screen device.
Huaweiblog reports that the December 2022 security patch for Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6 comes with firmware version 2.0.0.255. Interestingly, it doesn’t bring any major changes to the tablet.
Meanwhile, the Chinese unit of this device has already been upgraded with HarmonoyOS 3. However, the global Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6 is still surfing HarmonyOS 2.
Therefore, we definitely want to see this tablet upgraded with a major software update with a number of new features. As for now, Huawei has not announced such for Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6.
