Huawei Nova 3 powered by Kirin 970C processor is receiving a new HarmonyOS software update that mainly installs December 2021 security patch along with other optimization. However, this update surely improves the overall user experience.

According to the information, December 2021 update for Huawei Nova 3 arrived with the latest HarmonyOS version 2.0.0.140 from 2.0.0.135. Talking about the changes, the update includes optimizations for unlocking the experience and display effect of the contact interface.

Adding to this, it brings fixes for the problems of being unable to log in to Huawei account in some scenarios. Furthermore, the December 2021 security patch protects the device against threats.

VIA SETTINGS:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap on System & updates
  3. Tap Software update
  4. Tap Check for Updates
  5. Download and Install
  6. Install

VIA MY HUAWEI:

  1. Open the My Huawei app
  2. Tap on Update
  3. Download and Install
  4. Install

Huawei Nova 3 comes with a 6.3-inch display, powered by a Kirin 970 SoC, which handles multitasking well but also gets warm easily.
