Huawei kicked off EMUI 11 beta testing with Huawei P40, Mate 30, and MatePad Pro series. However, the company only chose these smartphones and not announced any specific details of older flagships including the Huawei P30 and Mate 20 series for testing.

Now, we’ve got some information regarding this matter, confirming that the EMUI 11 for Huawei P30 is under development and about to reach its conclusion very soon, and users will soon be able to register for a beta activity.

This latest version of EMUI comes with new user interface changes and features including new always-on display, improved multi-window mode, smoother animations, better multi-screen collaboration, and more.

Huawei P30 and P30 Pro come with pre-installed EMUI 9.1, received, EMUI 10.0, currently runs EMUI 10.1, and now ready to upgrade on EMUI 11. Hopefully, EMUI 12 or HarmonyOS could be its next year’s upgrade.

This confirmation is a huge relief for Huawei P30 and P30 Pro users and they can now wait until their devices start to receive the new features.
