In the midst of this wait, Huawei has already started releasing February 2022 security updates for Huawei devices with EMUI 12 software. The latest software update allows you to enhance the overall security of your phone and we recommend to you get the latest EMUI firmware on board as soon as it appears on your device.

Rest aside, you can navigate through Settings, Sysmte & updates, then Software updates, and from here tap on CHECK FOR UPDATES to check for the latest software update and get it on your phone.
