The technician suggested restoring the factory settings at night. Then, the user did it and found the problem is still not resolved the device is rebooting n times. Now, the user rolled back its phone to EMUI 11 from HarmonyOS 2.0 version.

After the rollback, the smartphone didn’t restart for 36 hours and worked properly. Then, the restart issue again started. So, the user gets frustrated and went to the nearby Huawei service center.


At the center, the Mate 20 Pro was tested and a problem was found in the motherboard, which caused the restart of the phone. Then, the serviceman recommended replacing or repairing the motherboard to get rid of this problem.
