AITO M9 SUV exceeds 15,000 pre-orders, Huawei Yu Chengdong hails the achievement

AITO officially announced today that its upcoming large-size SUV – AITO M9 has exceeded 15,000 pre-orders in China. Although, the car is unreleased in the country but it is gaining a large interest of people.

Yu Chengdong said that AITO M9 not only brings a high-end and luxurious design but also an industry-leading Huawei smart car technology. The car is equipped with a new HarmonyOS smart cockpit, Huawei smart driving system, and high-end smart car technologies. The car light and other car solutions are also provided by the company.

Past information shows that AITO M9 will come with many new smart features such as the narrow passage feature. With this, the car’s headlights can project a light blanket, which can not only indicate whether it is possible to pass but also help the driver to prevent collision.

On the other hand, innovative technologies such as ADS 2.0 smart driving system help the user to ride through intelligent routing and parking scenarios.

The specs of the car show dimensions 5230/1999/1800mm and a wheelbase of 3110mm. The AITO M9 extended-range version consists of 40 batteries and provides an electric drive range of 175 kilometers. The fully electric version of the car has CATL 4C batteries and a cruising range of 630 kilometers with 800V ultra-fast charging support. According to Yu Chengdong, the AITO M9 pre-sale booking price is 500,000 to 600,000 yuan.
