Huawei Mate 60 Pro is making a rapid sales campaign in China, which gave an idea for a Chinese company to register the Mate 60Pro trademark. This story has caused major attention in the industry.

A Chinese company named – Foshan Hygiene Products company applied for a “Mate 60Pro” trademark in the pharmaceutical category. However, China’s patent office instantly rejected the trademark for containing Huawei’s own property rights related to the new device.

It was later found that the company had withdrawn the trademark application from the authority. But you should know that it’s not the only trademark application because this Chinese firm also filed an application for the “Mate 70Pro”.

The Chinese trademark patent office previously confirmed that popular names like “Mate60 Pro” or similar text or words, would get rejected in the fastest way possible. However, other companies have also tried to take away key Huawei trademarks by filing an early application.

Meanwhile, Huawei has applied for two of the “Ultimate Design” trademarks, which is the new ultra-premium smartphone lineup from the company. The trademark classification includes jewelry, watches, and scientific instruments. This trademark has completed evaluation and is marked as approved.

Last month, Huawei announced the first two products under this series – the Huawei Mate 60 RS Ultimate Design and the Huawei Watch Ultimate Design with gold finishing.
