Huawei has officially announced a stable HarmonyOS 3 software update for 7 new Huawei devices, this will conclude the months-long beta procedure for these smartphones and begin a new software journey.

According to the information, Huawei has selected 7 Huawei and Honor devices to join the stable HarmonyOS 3 procedure. These are Huawei Nova 10 SE, Honor 30, Honor V30, Honor 30 Pr0, Honor V30 Pro, Honor V30 Pro+, and Honor Play 4 Pro.

Following the latest announcement, phone users can download a stable OTA update. To note, this upgrade will allow HarmonyOS 3 beta testers and HarmonyOS 2 phones to install stable software.

Back in February, Huawei enabled HarmonyOS 3 beta registrations for all of the above-mentioned models. The program allowed users to test the latest HarmonyOS 3 features ahead of the official release.

Moreover, HarmonyOS 3 comes with new additions that are way too interesting than the predecessor. That’s why many users participated in the beta campaign, which later transformed into the public beta.

Furthermore, we may see this as the end of the road for Honor phones to get a major overhaul. Because these phones have already received two major software since HarmonyOS’s launch. However, there’s more confirmation awaited.

Also, Huawei is continuously adding new phones to the HarmonyOS beta campaign and we’re nearly at the end of the upgrade roadmap. Therefore, Huawei has also started preparing for the HarmonyOS 3.1 as its top flagship but the rollout is still awaited.

People upgrading to the HarmonyOS 3 should follow some safety notes. The software package needs at least 8GB of free internal storage. Also, you can back up important files to prevent unwanted data loss. Also, you need to get a base version in order to get HarmonyOS 3 stable OTA.

New features:

HarmonyOS 3 made some new improvements in features such as brand new service widgets, smart folders, stack widgets, animation improvements, security and privacy centers, and more.
