TD Tech’s M40 (Huawei Mate 40 copy) gets a launch with 5G

TD Tech has finally launched the M40 smartphone, a pure Huawei Mate 40 copy phone and it comes with 5G access. In terms of appearance, the phone comes with an accurate copy of the Huawei Mate 40 but with TD Tech branding on the rear panel.

Talking about its pricing, The TD Tech M40 AKA Huawei Mate 40 copy is launched with an 8GB+128GB version is priced at 3599 yuan (533 USD) and the 8+256GB version is priced at 3999 yuan (592 USD). The phone is officially listed on JD.com and its first sale will start on August 11 at 10.08.

Talking about its specs, the phone has a 6.5-inch screen (FHD+ 2376 x 1080 pixels) with 16.7 million colors, a DCI-P3 wide color gamut, and an OLED panel that supports a 90Hz refresh rate, and a 240 Hz touch sampling rate for maximized visual and touch user experience. The screen also has a hole punch on the top left corner of the display.

However, the camera side of the phone reveals that it is a rebranded Mate40E and not the standard Mate 40. TD Tech M40 equips a triple rear camera system inside that large circular camera design. These consist of 64-megapixel wide-angle camera (f/1.9 aperture), 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera (f/2.2 aperture), and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera (f/2.4 aperture, which supports OIS optical image stabilization).

The camera supports Support 3x optical zoom (3x zoom is approximate, lens focal lengths are 17 mm, 27 mm, and 85 mm), 5x hybrid zoom (three cameras achieve excellent 5x zoom effects in various environments through different combinations), and 30x digital zoom. On the front side, it has a 13-megapixel super sensing camera with an f/2.4 aperture to create selfies.

This Huawei Mate 40e copy comes with a 4200mAh battery that could recharge with a 40W super fast charger. The phone also has 5G, NFC, headphone jack, Bluetooth, WiFi, and other connectivity features.
