Huawei’s first-ever foldable phone shows its big hand in innovation and slated to be launch in the first half of 2019. As recently Huawei said that the 5G version of the foldable phone will be a killer product.
Huawei recently held the 2019 analyst meeting in Shenzhen, China, where Huawei Vice Chairman Hu Houkun said, Huawei has signed 40 5G commercial contracts.
“By 2025 there will be 6.5 million 5G base station worldwide. He said “believes that the folding screen mobile phone plus 5G network will be an amazing innovation.”
Huawei Mate X features a Kirin 980 SoC with Balong 5000 5G modem. It comes with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The Mate X battery is 4,500mAh and supports 55W Huawei SuperCharge, which promises an 85% charge in just 30 minutes.
