July 2020 security update rolling out for Huawei Y9 2019

Last week, Huawei started sending smart features such as Smart Charge for Huawei Y9 2019, and this week, users of this phone getting the latest security enhancements.

Huawei Y9 2019 has now begun receiving a new software update in some markets, which improves its system security with Android security patches released in July 2020.

July 2020 Security Patch Details:

The July 2020 security update installs Android patches from Huawei and Google, fixing different levels of exploits and issues within Huawei phones including 5 critical and 9 high levels of CVEs. There is no Medium and Low level of CVEs found.

Software Version:

This new security update for Huawei Y9 2019 comes with EMUI 9.1 version 9.1.0.298 and a package size of 103MB.
