Huawei Y6p with 5000mAh battery launches in Singapore

On May 13, Huawei has launched a new budget smartphone – Huawei Y6p in Singapore. The phone equips a large 5000mAh battery for long-lasting use cases.
The Huawei Y6p will be available in Singapore from 16 May 2020 at a retail price of S$218 at Huawei’s official online stores with Lazada and Shopee, as well as selected consumer electronic retailers.
Each purchase will include a free Huawei Band 4 Pro worth S$88, while stocks last. Customers will also enjoy free 2-month access to TVB dramas on Huawei Video, 2-year warranty, and free additional 15GB Huawei mobile cloud storage for one year.
This latest edition of Huawei Y-series packs with a large 5000mAh battery and 64GB of storage to get the most out of their smartphone.
Huawei Y6p has a triple camera on the rear includes a 13MP main camera that lets users capture their best moments in superb detail, while the 6.3-inch Huawei Dewdrop Display offers an expansive area for enjoying entertainment. The Huawei Y6p is available in two distinct colorways – Phantom Purple, and Midnight Black.

Huawei Mate 50 flagship to equip 5G case

Huawei is yet to release the Huawei Mate 50 lineup but input from the Chinese Weibo tipster reveals that this upcoming flagship will equip with a 5G smartphone case to enable 5G services. However, it’s not the only phone that’s getting 5G network support using this case, as there are more to come in this category.
According to the input, the recently launched 5G smartphone case will be adapted for Huawei Mate 50 series as well as new and old smartphones. According to the information, such a case will be available from June, and Mate 50 series is likely to unveil in July, which makes perfect proceedings.
In addition to the Mate 50 series upcoming Huawei Nova 10 and previous launched Nova 9 as well as Mate 40 series 4G models will also be able to install this 5G case. Currently, Huawei has not confirmed any specific details on the Huawei Mate 50 series but we’re surely awaiting some official hints.
Huawei Mate 50 Pro:
Huawei Mate 50 series is likely to come with a large display that could bring back the large notch similar to the Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Mate 30 Pro. In terms of technology, Huawei Mate 50 could feature a 3D sensor as well as a high-quality selfie camera.
In terms of processor, Huawei Mate 50 is powered by the latest Qualcomm processor that is made of 4nm process technology. However, there’s more information that needs to be confirmed regarding the chipset of this upcoming Huawei flagship. Be mentioned, Huawei Mate 50 is currently under testing with a Kirin processor but the final version will only be on sale with a Qualcomm chipset.
Huawei Mate 50 series is reported to come with a HarmonyOS 3.0 operating system with a new set of features over HarmonyOS 2.0. The design of the phone is likely to be improved further than the Mate 40 series and the camera system will also strengthen photography.

Talking first about its display, the Huawei Mate Xs 2 launched with a 7.8-inch display unfolded with 2480 x 2200 resolution and 6.5 inches (2480 x 1176p resolution) once folded. The display has an OLED panel with up to 120Hz refresh rate, 1440 Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and up to 240 Hz touch sampling rate as well as 424ppi screen pixel density.
Huawei Mate Xs is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 4G processor with Octa-core architecture including 1 x Cortex-X1 at 2.84GHz + 3 at Cortex-A78 at 2.42GHz + 4 x Cortex-A55 at 1.8GHz. In addition, the chipset is coupled with Adreno 660 GPU for the maximized gaming experience. There’s also Qualcomm’s sixth-generation AI engine that will bring you better smart task execution.

This foldable phone takes care of your camera photography consisting of a 50-megapixel primary color camera (wide-angle, f/1.8 aperture), a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera (f/2.2 aperture), and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera (f/2.4 aperture, OIS). The rear camera supports 3x optical zoom (3x zoom is approximate, lens focal lengths are 13 mm, 23 mm, 85 mm), and 30x digital zoom.

Huawei Mate Xs 2 takes care of a longer standby time with a 4600mAh battery (according to the variant). That could recharge with a super-fast 66W charger.

Huawei Mate Xs 2 foldable phone priced at 1999 euros (2103 USD) with 8GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The Huawei Mate Xs 2 will be available from June onwards in the global markets.

Today, Soyealink – a Chinese telecom solutions maker and smart device manufacturer launched a 5G smartphone case for Huawei devices at a price tag of 799 yuan (118USD or 112EUR). This is quite a revolutionary product that will enable 5G network connectivity in 4G Huawei smartphones without native 5G hardware.

According to the dimensions, this 5G phone case comes with 52g of weight and 3.2mm of thickness, which is close to a heavy case. To enable 5G, this case uses, an embedded 5G model that brings you better functionality but it’s likely to consume an extra battery of your Huawei device for sure, as it may require power to enable the 5G modem.
