For a better user experience, it is recommended to update the Huawei Health app to version 14.0.10.300 on Android and 14.0.10.305 on iOS devices or a later version.

Make sure that the watch remains connected to the smartphone during the update. If the update fails, please try again. It may take some time for the wearable to update. Please wait until the progress bar is full. The device will restart automatically once the update is complete.

How to check

After updating the Huawei Health app to the latest version, open up the app and navigate to the smartwatch to download the software updates section.
